OUR TEAMS

Mens Team
In 2016 the Rheinland Lions men joined the Australian Football League Germany. We can look back on 5 premierships and a silver medale at AFL Europes Champions League in 2015. In the last two years our men made it into the Semi Finals, giving them hope for the season of 2023.

Womens Team
In 2018 we started building a womens team next to our mens team. After a year as a combined team with the Frankfurt Redcats in 2019 we now have our own - and successful- womens team in the club. Head coach Lisa Wilson lead the team twice to prmiership. In 2023 we are going for third!

Our club is always happy about new faces at training. While we have two teams in the AFLG we feel like one big team and there is always room for new members.
We are FLINTA friendly.
